How to Join Tasks as a User


Joining tasks as a user on Referdio is a straightforward process that allows you to actively participate in customer advocacy and earn rewards.

Step 1: Login to Your Referdio Account

Start by logging into your Referdio account using your credentials. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to sign up to access the advocacy platform.

Step 2: Access Your User Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll land on your user dashboard.


Step 3: Explore Available Tasks by clicking on Campaign

On campain, you’ll find a section that lists available tasks. Tasks may be categorised as Referral Tasks, Social Share Tasks, or Custom Tasks, depending on the type created by the brand or company.


Step 4: Choose a Task to Join

Browse through the list of tasks and read their descriptions by clicking on view button in action column to understand the requirements. Each task will specify the actions you need to take to complete it successfully.

Step 5: Click on “Join Task”

Once you’ve decided which task you’d like to participate in, click on the "Join " button associated with that specific task. This action indicates your interest in completing the task and success join notification will pop out.
