How to create role in Referdio


Roles in Referdio help organize and define the responsibilities of team members participating in your customer advocacy program. By creating specific roles, you can tailor access levels and permissions to suit different functions within your organization. This guide will walk you through the simple steps of creating roles in Referdio.

  1. Login to Your Referdio Account:
    Visit Referdio’s website and log in using your company credentials.

  2. Navigate to Role Management:
    Once logged in, go to “setting” then role management, click add new


  1. Give name for the role ex: manger if you want to give task management access and select the access level based on the need then click submit
